"account": "Xreal Aura smartglasses, the first to run on the Android XR platform, are now on sale at a discounted launch price. Xreal unveiled the Aura earlier this year at Google I/O. These wireless glasses use Google and Samsung's XR OS and Qualcomm's Snapdragon Reality Elite chip. The Aura weighs under 95g and looks like chunkier regular glasses. However, they require a separate battery and compute puck. The puck includes a trackpad and fingerprint sensor. Xreal describes the Aura as a versatile spatial computing wearable for work, entertainment, gaming, and AI-assisted tasks. The OS comes with 150 pre-installed XR experiences and access to Google Play apps. Among the XR games are Cubism and Fallout: Factions. GameSir has developed a gamepad for the Aura with a dedicated Gemini key. The glasses feature a 70-degree field-of-view, Micro-OLED displays, and 1200p resolution at 120Hz. Bose tuned the open-ear speakers. The 12GB + 256GB model is priced at $1,099 (usually $1,279) and the 16GB + 512GB model at $1,299 (normally $1,499) until the end of 2026. Shipping starts mid-November.",
