"summary": "Ukrainian forces reportedly struck three air defense elements and a depot in Russia on October 27 and 28, according to the country's General Staff. The attacks targeted a Tor-2M surface-to-air missile system, a radar station, and an electronic warfare station in Kursk Oblast, as well as a depot of Russian army materiel and technical supplies in Donetsk Oblast. The General Staff stated that each hit creates a gap in the enemy's air defense, widening Ukraine's ability to use unmanned systems at various levels. Prior to this, Ukrainian troops also targeted communication hubs, command posts, drone workshops, and materiel depots in Russia on October 25 and 26, as well as a workshop producing power cells for enemy weapons at the Energia enterprise in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast.",
