"account": "Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has urged his team to move on swiftly following their unexpected 5-3 penalty loss to fourth-tier Fleetwood in the League Cup. The Premier League champions suffered a 1-1 draw in normal time at Fleetwood's home ground of Highbury before losing 3-2 on penalties. Bruno Guimaraes had his penalty saved by Jay Lynch, while Conor Haughey scored Fleetwood's winning penalty. Aaron Loupalo-Bi put Fleetwood ahead in the first half, with Viktor Gyokeres equalising after the break. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta made nine changes for the second half, sending in Odegaard for the remainder of the match. \"It's very frustrating to go out,\" Odegaard stated. \"The performance was below par. We need to improve significantly. Fleetwood played well, so we must credit them, but we need to step up and do better.\" Arsenal now must recover from the loss before their upcoming match against Liverpool, who are currently tied with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League standings.",
