"account": "Elections to Karnataka's Legislative Council in four teacher and graduates constituencies were won by the NDA partners BJP and JD(S), marking a clean sweep against the ruling Congress. The BJP retained its three seats while JD(S) secured the Bengaluru Teachers' constituency, which was once a Congress stronghold. BJP's Shashil Namoshi and S.V. Sankanur won their respective constituencies for the fifth and third times respectively. The alliance between the BJP and JD(S) was formed during the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, but their potential was not fully realized due to mistrust and identity concerns. However, recent coordinated efforts between the two allies seem to have yielded positive results, particularly in the Bengaluru Teachers' constituency. These polls will test the strength of the BJP-JD(S) alliance amid internal differences within Congress, as they face Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar, known for his aggressive strategies and organizational skills.",
