"account": "Meta has launched a new AI-powered Tamagotchi-like pet-rearing game called Waddle World, but it's currently only available in the Philippines. This virtual pet game is similar to the popular Tamagotchi series, where players hatch an egg, raise a pet, play with it, and feed it to keep it happy. However, this pet can also chat with you and create illustrated journal entries to document your conversations.\n\nThe game, a 16-bit creation, is described by Meta as a \"daily journal disguised as a pet.\" Players can write or dictate journal entries, and the game responds with AI-powered replies, complete with doodles. In addition to journaling features, players can complete mini-games to earn points for purchasing food, toys, and other items for their pet. These mini-games include tasks like stacking grocery items on top of the pet's head, catching falling stars, dodging bombs, and spelling words with jumbled letters.\n\nIt's unclear why Waddle World is currently only available in the Philippines, but it's possible Meta is testing the game before a wider release. Meta has previously introduced features like customizable avatars and the Muse Charm, an AI companion egg-shaped device meant for constant access. The company plans to release the Muse Charm device in time for the holiday season in December.",
