"account": "The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has imposed a €602 fine on Barcelona following a complaint from Atlético Madrid regarding the Catalan club's handling of interest in striker Julián Álvarez. The sanction, announced on Tuesday, is classified as a minor infringement under Article 133 of the RFEF's disciplinary regulations for failure to comply with orders, instructions, agreements or regulatory obligations. The club is required to notify the player's current club in writing before initiating negotiations, but Atlético alleged Barcelona approached Álvarez without adhering to this requirement. Álvarez, 26, remains under contract with Atlético until June 2030 after joining from Manchester City in 2024. The fine is seen as symbolic or \"irrisoria,\" similar to a €300 fine imposed on Barcelona for a similar case involving Antoine Griezmann in 2019. Barcelona plans to appeal the decision, arguing they informed Atlético of their interest and acted appropriately throughout the process.",
