"account": "Badrul Hisham Shaharin, known as Chegubard, was sentenced to four months in jail by the Sessions Court for criminal defamation against the King of Malaysia. The court found him guilty under Section 500 of the Penal Code after the prosecution presented a case beyond reasonable doubt, and the defense failed to raise reasonable doubt. The judge, Norma Ismail, allowed the defense to appeal and increased bail from RM10,000 to RM15,000. Chegubard, 47, appeared confident and paid the additional bail at the court. He pleaded not guilty on April 29, 2024, to making seditious remarks and defaming the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Ibrahim.",
