"account": "Cyclone Arnab made landfall early Wednesday in Andhra Pradesh, bringing strong winds, heavy rain and rough sea conditions. Torrential rainfall caused waterlogging in many areas and uprooted trees, disrupting movement. In Visakhapatnam, giant sea waves surged onto roads and into residential areas while a flash flood warning was issued for several districts. Four people were rescued in Kakinada after being stranded in floodwaters for hours. Authorities in Andhra Pradesh prepared by identifying 2,131 cyclone shelters, placing 1,087 medical teams on standby and making emergency beds and ambulances available. Odisha also took measures, closing schools and moving 30,000 people to shelters. Airports in the affected regions cancelled many flights due to the weather.",
