"summary": "Four boys were rescued on Tuesday from the riverbanks in Mqanduli, Eastern Cape, after becoming trapped while fishing during severe weather conditions. The rescue operation was conducted amid widespread flooding and infrastructure damage caused by days of heavy rainfall across the province. The OR Tambo District Municipality is among the hardest-hit areas, with residents and travelers being advised to exercise extreme caution due to overflowing bridges, flooded roads, and electricity outages. King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality has urged residents to avoid flooded roads and bridges, while municipal electricians work to restore power. The adverse weather is expected to clear by Thursday.",
