"account": "According to the Independent Police Conduct Commission (IPCC), no complaints have been filed regarding allegations that activist Tamim Dahri Abdul Razak was mistreated while in police custody earlier this year. Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail confirmed on September 25 that no complaint has been lodged with the commission. The IPCC is responsible for handling complaints of police misconduct in accordance with the law, said Saifuddin in a written parliamentary reply. The inquiry specifically pertains to allegations that Tamim was treated like an animal and ordered to strip naked before being given lock-up clothing. Tamim was detained at the Gombak police headquarters following the demolition of an illegal temple in Taman Rawang Perdana.",
