"account": "In the shocking Season 2 finale of R.J. Decker, the series star Bevin Bru describes feeling \"goosebumps\" while discussing the dramatic ending. The cliffhanger sees Jessica, a dangerous woman, threatening to harm Mel's wife and daughter after R.J. and Mel expose her as a serial scammer who may have killed her cop husband. As Jessica is being watched by Mel and R.J., time becomes their enemy. Bru recalls her reaction to the script, saying that the thought of her wife and daughter being kidnapped or murdered left her feeling \"crazy.\" She was so invested in the finale's twist ending that she called showrunner Rob Doherty to pitch an elaborate plan to rescue Catherine and Sofia, but Doherty vetoed her idea to use an elderly neighbor as a decoy. Bru hopes for a Season 3, believing the show's quirky nature and engaging guest stars have endeared it to viewers, especially during challenging times.",
