"summary": "In a harrowing tale of a missing young man, a 17-year-old girl from Bilaspur, India, has been tirelessly searching for her 21-year-old brother, Vineet Kumar Dubey, who went missing on October 6. Dubey had traveled to Russia for a job as a food storage supervisor at a restaurant, but his family claims the company misled him about his role and responsibilities. After five days of being alone in an apartment in Volgograd, Dubey's sister received a distressed call from him, expressing fear and distress about his situation. The last contact with Dubey was on October 6, when he mentioned he would be returning home the next day. He was later found in a Russian detention center, allegedly for carrying an illegal substance, a claim his family finds difficult to believe. The Indian government has provided Dubey with a lawyer and a translator, but his sister remains skeptical of the official explanation.",
