"account": "The Ebonyi State Police Command has apprehended Ugwumba Enyinnaya, a 11-year veteran of the legal profession, for allegedly practicing law without proper credentials. SP Joshua Ukandu disclosed the arrest in a statement, revealing it stemmed from an investigation into a petition alleging the suspect obtained ₦650,000 from a man named Chukwu David in March 2026 to facilitate a street naming in Ohaozara Local Government Area. Enyinnaya had misrepresented himself as a lawyer with years of experience. During interrogation, he admitted to not being a licensed lawyer. Police recovered items from his apartment, including a Nigerian Bar Association seal, degree certificates, legal documents, and a barrister's robe. The suspect has been charged and the Commissioner of Police, CP Hope Okafor, applauded the officers for their work and urged citizens to confirm the legitimacy of legal service providers. Residents are encouraged to report suspicious activities to the police.",
