"summary": "The Zamfara State Police Command in Nigeria has arrested a 22-year-old man, Umar Maradun, for allegedly inciting religious violence through a viral video. The suspect, dressed in the uniform of Jama’atu Izalatil Bidi’a Wa’ikamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS), was seen in the video chanting statements that threatened public peace and peaceful coexistence, along with other youths in Enugu and Jos parts of the country. The video has prompted calls from JIBWIS and Amnesty International for security agencies to identify and arrest those found culpable. The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the arrest, stating that Maradun allegedly made statements capable of threatening public peace and peaceful coexistence. The police have initiated an investigation and are working to identify those involved, while also engaging JIBWIS leadership to disassociate the organization from the alleged conduct.",
