"account": "Fantagraphics' manga imprint Takumigraphics has released Wandering Cat's Cage, a dystopian shojo manga by Akane Torikai. The story takes place in a near-future where only a few women can menstruate, and men are controlled by the government. The City women live controlled and happy lives, while those in the shantytown outside lead a humble and dangerous but free existence. Sanada, a young acupuncturist, lives across the river with Reiho, the only male she's ever known. When Reiho is kidnapped and taken to the breeding program in The City, Sanada joins the outcasts to rescue him and discover the harsh realities of love, self-actualization, society, safety, and humanity's future. Takumigraphics, led by Fantagraphics' Vice President Eric Reynolds, aims to continue the tradition of shojo manga and dystopian manga, with Torikai providing a powerful voice for our current time. The book is available now in bookstores and on Amazon.",
