"account": "Silent Hill 2's success has prompted Bloober Team and Konami to develop a remake of the original 1999 PS1 horror game. Last year, the two parties announced their plans for a new Silent Hill remake. According to a recent leak, the development of this project has been underway since 2022 and is set to launch in 2027. The leak, attributed to MP1ST, also revealed the game's cast under the codename \"Project Noise.\" Notable actors Gabrielle Fritz and Jade Matthew have been cast in major roles, though the specifics of their characters have not been disclosed. Fritz, known for her work in Battlefield 2042, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus, and various TV shows, alongside her experience in Silent Hill titles, will likely bring her acting skills to the remake. Matthew, recognized for her British TV appearances, is similarly bound by confidentiality regarding her role. While the casting of the protagonist, Harry Mason, remains unclear, it's anticipated that he could be portrayed by one of the known actors. Bloober Team is also busy with other projects, including DLC for Cronos: The New Dawn, Saw: Genesis, and Star Trek: Shadow Frontier. The upcoming 2027 release aligns with Konami's recent series of Silent Hill projects, including Townfall and Silent Hill f, released in consecutive years, establishing the remake as the first phase of a second wave of new Silent Hill games.",
