"account": "Apple has announced it will replace certain iPhone Duo models that have developed screen issues shortly after their launch. The £1,999 ($2,668) foldable smartphone, which debuted at Apple stores worldwide, features a central hinge and a 7.6-inch (19.3cm) inner display. Photos on social media reveal lines and cracks appearing on the screens of some devices, as well as a crunching sound when opening them. Apple is aware of \"an issue impacting the inner display on a small number\" of the phones and advises affected users to contact the company for a replacement. Some owners have also reported the device's screen behaving like two phones stuck together. The extent of the problem remains unclear, with Apple not specifying how many units are affected. The Duo, Apple's most expensive iPhone, is the brand's first major redesign of the device in nearly two decades.",
