"account": "Apple's highly anticipated foldable iPhone Duo is facing early criticism over screen durability issues. Multiple customers have reported their foldable displays cracking after only hours or days of use. Complaints describe a distinct crunching sound when the phone is unfolded, followed by a significant crack appearing along the center crease. Some users have also encountered a white patch or other display malfunction on the right side of the screen. The problem first emerged on social media platforms like Reddit before being independently confirmed by Bloomberg News through conversations with over half a dozen customers. Photos show visible damage to the devices and evidence of their interactions with Apple's support.",
