"account": "On Sunday, a landslide claimed the life of Dr Wong Kar Lin, a 73-year-old occupational health doctor from Penang. The community of occupational safety and health (OSH) professionals in Penang mourned the loss of a valued member, while Dr Wong's family grieved the personal tragedy of losing a husband and father. Dr Wong's impact extended beyond his professional achievements; he played a crucial role in helping a couple fulfill their 12-year dream of parenthood. Azly Ahmad, a colleague of Dr Wong for 15 years, recounted how Dr Wong's knowledge of NaProTechnology, a natural fertility approach, ultimately led to the couple's joyous news. During a conference in October 2022, Dr Wong became the first person to deliver the life-changing news to Azly that his wife was pregnant. Beyond his medical expertise, Dr Wong became a cherished figure in the family, acting as a father figure and later a grandfather to their daughter, Anaqy. Azly expressed his gratitude to Dr Wong, calling him a kind person whose presence would forever be etched in their lives, serving as a constant reminder of the couple's profound loss.",
