"account": "Taihan Cable & Solution Co., South Korea's second-largest cable manufacturer, announced on Tuesday that its Netherlands subsidiary, Taihan Netherlands B.V., has secured a significant contract to supply a high-voltage cable system in Germany. The company revealed the news in a press release, stating that Taihan Netherlands B.V. has been awarded a turnkey contract from an unspecified German power network operator to provide a high-voltage alternating current (HVAC) cable system.\n\nAs part of the agreement, Taihan Netherlands B.V. will manage the entire project, encompassing engineering, manufacturing, installation, and testing phases. The company disclosed that it will deliver HVAC cable systems valued at 115 billion won (US$86.8 million) for the construction of a 380-kilovolt underground power network in Germany. However, the total contract value remains undisclosed.\n\nThe demand for large-scale turnkey cable projects in Europe is surging, fueled by the rapid growth of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry and increased investments in data centers. Taihan Cable expressed its commitment to exploring business opportunities in the region to satisfy diverse customer requirements. The company concluded by noting that it held a cable order backlog amounting to 4.06 trillion won as of June.",
