"account": "KYIV: A truce between Ukraine and Russia, brokered by US First Lady Melania Trump, is set to commence early Tuesday, allowing humanitarian aid into the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky. Both sides agreed to observe the truce starting at 3:00 am local time. Oleshky, located in Ukraine's southern Kherson region, has endured constant fighting since Russian forces seized it in 2022. The city now houses around 2,000 residents, with many suffering from starvation and a lack of medicine. Former residents reported that those remaining were desperate, with some even hunting pigeons to survive. The ceasefire, covering a limited area, comes amid the ongoing war's fifth year. Three-way peace talks between Washington, Moscow, and Kyiv are scheduled to resume in November, though details on monitoring and humanitarian operations remain unclear.",
