"account": "US singer Chris Brown has been given an eight-month suspended prison sentence after he struck a man twice in the head with a glass tequila bottle at a London nightclub. The attack occurred in Mayfair's Tape club in the early hours of February 19, 2023. Brown was also ordered to pay £1,500 in costs, and the suspension of his sentence means he will not be imprisoned unless he commits another offense during the 12-month period.\n\nBrown's vocal coach, rapper Omololu Akinlolu, was sentenced to four months' imprisonment, also suspended for 12 months. Both men pleaded guilty to affray charges. Judge Tony Baumgartner described Brown's use of a glass bottle to strike the victim twice over the head as \"plainly dangerous\" and added that the violence of the attack was \"intense.\" The court heard that the victim required hospital treatment for his injuries, sustained during the 20-second assault. Judge Baumgartner noted that Brown's fame, success, and professional standing did not entitle him to special treatment, emphasizing that the law applies equally to all individuals. However, he also acknowledged Brown's guilty plea, compliance with bail conditions, and the potential impact a custodial sentence would have on his children, concluding that the singer's risk of further offending was low.",
