"summary": "The Google Fitbit Edge has launched as a successor to the Fitbit Charge 6, with Tom's Guide describing it as a worthy replacement that is better than its predecessor in nearly every way. Ray Maker/DC Rainmaker noted the device offers notable upgrades for heart rate and GPS, though the Google Health app lacks software polish and NFC payments. The Edge is priced at $180, which is $20 more than the Charge 6 and $80 more than the screenless Fitbit Air.\n\nAccording to Wired, the Edge features a capsule shape that sits more naturally on the wrist than the rectangular build of the Charge 6, making it a comfortable option for overnight wear or for those with slimmer wrists. The device dimensions are 39.2 x 25.6 x 11.6 mm. Android Authority noted that the device combines a touchscreen with a small, lightweight design.",
