"account": "Apple's much-anticipated foldable phone, the iPhone Duo, has encountered a rough start since its launch. According to reports by Bloomberg, users have been voicing their dissatisfaction regarding the durability of the device. The primary issue appears to be the screens cracking \"after just hours or days of use.\" Some users have even reported a sudden, loud cracking sound, followed by the emergence of a visible crack. Additionally, there have been instances of display malfunctions. 404 Media corroborates these claims, stating that early adopters are experiencing \"big fat creases down the middle of the [$2,000] folding screen.\"\n\nTechCrunch reached out to Apple for a statement and will update this report with any response received. Apple's internal acknowledgement to Bloomberg that they are \"aware of an issue impacting the inner display on a small number of iPhone Duo units\" further emphasizes the severity of the matter. The endeavor to manufacture a functional foldable phone has been a long-standing ambition in Silicon Valley, but the early complaints against the iPhone Duo suggest that Apple may not have successfully resolved the issue they claimed to have mastered.",
