"account": "Robert Pattinson has praised Steven Soderbergh's decision to assist in completing The Batman Part 2, describing it as a \"completely selfless\" act. Earlier this month, it was announced that Soderbergh would step in to help finish the film after director Matt Reeves had to leave due to personal reasons. Soderbergh will take over principal photography before handing the project back to Reeves for post-production. Pattinson spoke to GamesRadar about the situation, expressing his happiness that Soderbergh is helping his friend Matt Reeves. He described Soderbergh's involvement as \"incredibly generous\" and \"completely selfless,\" noting that Reeves had already invested significant effort into the script. The film's production has since resumed, and Pattinson is set to return as Bruce Wayne/Batman next week. The movie's plot remains largely undisclosed, with only the villain's identity and a few actor roles, such as Sebastian Stan's character and Scarlett Johansson's, confirmed. The Batman Part 2 is scheduled for release on February 18, 2026.",
