"account": "Robert Pattinson expressed joy over director Steven Soderbergh joining \"The Batman: Part II\" to complete filming, labeling Soderbergh's decision as \"incredibly generous.\" Filming commenced in June in England and Scotland after years of development, but paused when writer-director Matt Reeves had to step away for a personal issue. The future of the sequel appeared uncertain until Soderbergh decided to step in to finish principal photography. Pattinson praised Soderbergh's selflessness and talent in an interview, stating that Reeves had put significant effort into the script. The actor confirmed that filming is already underway and he begins soon. DC Studios supported Soderbergh's move, with Reeves still to lead post-production. The sequel is set to release in the U.S. on February 18, 2028.",
