"account": "For those interested in the Snapdragon X1 Elite's performance on the Ubuntu 26.10 X1E Concept, benchmarks have been conducted to compare its performance with the Ubuntu 26.04 LTS X1E state on the same hardware. Earlier, Snapdragon X2 Linux benchmarks were performed using a X2 Elite Extreme on an ASUS Zenbook A16 laptop, but Qualcomm will now be sending over a review sample for more Snapdragon X2 Linux benchmarks in the future. The Acer Swift 14 AI laptop (SF14-11T-X3RZ) has been used for Snapdragon X1 Elite benchmarking over the past year and a half, but it still faces challenges in Linux support. Some of these issues include the need to run the qcom-firmware-extract utility for obtaining necessary firmware binaries, battery reporting problems, intermittent WiFi drops during extended use, lack of audio support, GPU driver regression, and incorrect CPU identification. Despite these issues, the ASUS Zenbook A16 and improved performance from the X2 Elite Extreme are anticipated.",
