"account": "At a rally in Port Huron on Sunday, US President Donald Trump disparaged Jewish voters who support Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed, calling them \"ashamed\" of themselves. Trump urged these supporters to never speak to them again. El-Sayed, who polls show is narrowly leading Republican nominee Mike Rogers in a race that could determine control of the Senate, has been criticized by Trump for her stance against US military aid to Israel and her criticism of Israel. El-Sayed's Muslim background has also been a point of contention for Trump, who called her a \"jihadist Muslim Brotherhood member\" and warned that if she and the Democrats win, they will \"open the floodgates\" and invite terrorists to the US.",
"summary": "Trump called El-Sayed a “jihadist Muslim Brotherhood member” who was “on the side of the terrorists,” adding that he would “have to go through a metal detector before he’s allowed into the Senate.\"",
