"account": "A recent demonstration video reveals that Apple's Shortcuts app can be utilized to activate automations when opening or closing the iPhone Duo. This feature was discovered by developer pdfu last month, but only now has a video showcased its functionality. The Shortcuts app offers various triggers, including opening, closing, or either opening or closing the iPhone Duo. In the video shared by YouTuber Stephen Robles, the Open trigger was employed to automatically launch a productivity application upon opening the device. Robles confirmed that the automation can also be employed to automatically lock the iPhone Duo when it is closed. The demonstration also highlights a humorous suggestion, with a commenter proposing the use of AOL Instant Messenger's door open and closing sound, originally designed to notify users of a contact's online or offline status. The possibilities for utilizing this automation are endless, and readers are invited to share their creative ideas in the comments section.
