"account": "On Monday morning, local train services on Mumbai's suburban network were disrupted due to a hanging overhead equipment (OHE) wire between Mulund and Thane stations, according to officials. Commuters reported that these services were running 15 to 20 minutes behind schedule as a result of the issue. The foreign wire was discovered at 9:23 am on the down slow line, 31.146 kilometers from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), as reported by Central Railway's Chief Public Relations Officer Swapnil Nila. In response, the CR issued an overhead equipment block at 10 am to enable the necessary corrective measures. Local train services, which serve as the lifeblood of Mumbai, were consequently delayed. The CR's main line connects CSMT in southern Mumbai to Kalyan in Thane district, where the route bifurcates into two corridors - one heading towards Kasara in Thane and the other towards Khopoli in Raigad district.",
