"account": "Israel plans to enforce a strict lockdown of the West Bank as it approaches its election day. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the military to prepare for a full lockdown in the West Bank in response to a recent attack that killed two soldiers near the West Bank city of Hebron. The military has also announced that all land crossings in the occupied West Bank will be closed to Palestinians on election day, along with barring Palestinian workers from entering Israeli settlements in the territory between Sunday and Tuesday. This move is expected to have a significant impact on the Palestinian population, with the Israeli military even laying siege to Hebron, the West Bank's largest city with over 250,000 residents. The Israeli government has also expelled hundreds of Palestinians from their homes in Hebron, describing the city as a \"disaster zone.\" The Israeli Supreme Court has previously banned the Likud party from using a database to monitor voters, but the party is reportedly developing an alternative technological solution to bypass this ban.",
