"account": "On Sunday, an Israeli strike on a university in Gaza City resulted in the deaths of three individuals, according to staff and a local hospital. Four additional fatalities were reported elsewhere in the territory by the civil defense agency. The Israeli military expressed that they are investigating the reports. Al Shifa hospital confirmed receiving three bodies and treating eight wounded individuals resulting from the Gaza City drone strike. According to two sources at the Islamic University, the deceased were administrative staff and the injured were students. The Gaza education ministry stated in a statement that the students were present for classes at the time of the attack. The ministry further condemned the strike and highlighted that the global silence regarding attacks on students and universities encourages the continuation of such crimes. The university sector is currently facing complete destruction, with 95% of academic institutions' buildings damaged due to the ongoing war.\n\nThis attack is part of a continuous series of assaults on education. Over the past six days, ten students and educators have been killed by the occupation's fire. A truce has been in effect in Gaza for over a year, yet it has failed to effectively curb the violence in the region. Mahmoud Bassal, a spokesman for Gaza's civil defense, reported that four more individuals were killed on Sunday, including two in an airstrike in Khan Yunis, one in Deir al Balah, and one in the north of the Strip.",
