"account": "To invest in your startup's growth, grab a Founder Pass and invite a business partner to a game-changing experience filled with exclusive insights and curated networking opportunities. The event, TechCrunch Founder Summit 2026, offers discounted group deals for passes ranging from 4 to 12 attendees. However, BOGO and Group/Bundle savings cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, and they are only available when purchasing a group of 4 or more of the same pass type in a single transaction. The passes cannot be applied to a bulk order of different pass types.\n\nRefunds for ticket purchases can be granted by emailing [email protected] by August 7, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. Tickets are non-refundable after this date, and any name changes on the printed badge must match the name on the person's government-issued photo ID. Nicknames or abbreviations are acceptable.\n\nIf you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, click \"Manage Registration\" in the confirmation email. Lost badges will incur a $45 reprint fee on-site at the event. TechCrunch verifies the attendee's identity and the appropriateness of the pass type booked. To update ticket information, click the \"Manage Your Registration Details\" link in the confirmation email. You cannot update the email address through this link; contact [email protected] instead. Ticket exchanges are allowed once for a more expensive ticket type, requiring payment of the price difference. However, exchanging for a less expensive ticket type is not eligible for a refund, regardless of the purchase date. All ticket types have additional access and qualification restrictions, requiring proof of qualification before an exchange can occur. Each badge belongs to one individual, and IDs are checked at registration and the conference doors. If you have trouble finding your ticket, search for an email subject line \"Your Ticket Is Here | TechCrunch Founder Summit 2026\" in your email inbox.",
