"account": "KUALA LUMPUR: Two journalists, a Bernama journalist and a New Straits Times journalist, involved in a road accident this morning in Perak will receive aid under the Tabung Kasih@HAWANA program, Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil announced. The Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama) is coordinating assistance for Bernama journalist Nur Afiradina Arshad, 34, and New Straits Times (NST) journalist Zahratulhayat Md Arif, 37. Both journalists were treated at Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital in Ipoh after the accident in Menglembu, along Jalan Ipoh-Lumut. They did not suffer any serious injuries, according to Bernama editor-in-chief Arul Rajoo Durar Raj, who expressed hope for a full recovery. The journalists were en route to Bagan Datuk to cover an event involving Deputy Prime Minister Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi when a lorry collided with their Perodua Bezza at traffic lights around 6 a.m. Tabung Kasih@HAWANA, a welfare initiative launched in conjunction with National Journalists' Day (HAWANA), provides support to journalists, former media professionals, and veteran journalists facing health issues, personal challenges, or financial struggles. The program, managed by Bernama on behalf of the Communications Ministry, aims to bolster the social safety net for media professionals across the country.",
