"summary": "Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, a former Osun lawmaker and All Progressives Congress chieftain, has called on Nigerians and opposition figures to offer support to President Bola Tinubu rather than harsh criticism regarding current economic hardships. Speaking with journalists in Osogbo on Sunday, Oyintiloye stated that the President needs the understanding of citizens as he works to address the country's economic challenges.\n\nAccording to Daily Post Nigeria, Oyintiloye argued that the President should not be blamed entirely for the economic difficulties, noting that he inherited a battered economy. He described the removal of the petrol subsidy and the floating of the naira as major economic reforms intended to stabilize the economy and improve long-term prospects. While acknowledging that these policies have imposed difficulties, Oyintiloye claimed they are necessary measures that have begun to yield positive results.",
