"account": "The Special MP/MLA Court in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, is set to deliver a verdict on October 26 in a defamation case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The court will likely pronounce its decision on the same day, prompting Rahul Gandhi's expected appearance before the court.\n\nThe case originates from a 2018 incident in Bengaluru, where Rahul Gandhi accused then-Union Home Minister Amit Shah of being a \"murderer.\" Four years later, Vijay Mishra, then BJP District Vice President, filed a complaint against Gandhi, alleging the use of derogatory remarks against Amit Shah.\n\nRahul Gandhi was summoned by the court on December 16, 2023, in connection with this defamation case. Santosh Kumar Pandey, Rahul Gandhi's lawyer, informed ANI that the maximum punishment Rahul Gandhi could face is a 2-year sentence if sufficient evidence is found against him.",
