"account": "Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, has stated that the company restricted Ukraine's Starlink internet service due to military activity. Ukrainian officials claimed that connectivity issues had been resolved, though they have not officially commented on Musk's claim. Ukrainian presidential adviser Serhii Beskrestnov called Musk's statement \"very strange.\" Musk had previously denied deliberately throttling Ukraine's connection, which he said hampered defensive operations for over a week. The issue arose during a diplomatic dispute between Washington and Kyiv over Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil infrastructure. Musk accused Ukraine of violating its Starlink terms of service by using it for offensive drone strikes. SpaceX has stated that Starlink can be used for military infrastructure but cannot be used for unequivocal offensive strikes. Ukrainian Defence Minister Yevhenii Khmara reported a stable connection, allowing drones to reach speeds over 400km/h. The situation escalated after US President Donald Trump reportedly instructed Musk to restore the service.",
