"account": "Elon Musk claimed that SpaceX had restricted Ukraine's Starlink internet service due to the Ukrainian military using it for offensive drone strikes. Musk stated that Ukraine violated Starlink's terms of service by engaging in offensive strikes, which were not permitted. However, he denied any responsibility for a simultaneous issue with Starshield, a US-run military-grade service. Ukrainian officials have not officially commented on Musk's claim, but a Ukrainian presidential adviser noted Musk's post as \"very strange.\" The Starlink service, which allows military units to coordinate, was limited to speeds of 70-90km/h and did not work on Russian territory. Ukraine's Defence Minister later reported a stable connection, allowing drones to reach speeds over 400km/h. The issue emerged during a diplomatic standoff between Ukraine and the US over strikes on Russian oil infrastructure.",
