"account": "The Education Minister of Malaysia, Datuk Seri Fadhlina Sidek, announced that Form Six students will receive a living allowance of RM2,500 starting from the next academic year. This assistance will be disbursed in three stages throughout the students' three-semester pre-university programme. The allowance will be provided after student registration is completed, in the first semester of the academic year. With this initiative, the government aims to improve the quality of Form Six education and student performance in the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) examination. The RM2,500 living allowance is part of the 2027 Budget and will be distributed to around 90,000 Form Six students nationwide. This financial support is aimed at safeguarding the welfare of pre-university students and ensuring they receive adequate assistance in their studies, similar to the rate provided to matriculation students.",
