"account": "Melaka police have reclassified the death of a 21-year-old delivery rider as murder following a gig incident at a cafe in the region. The victim sustained severe head injuries during the event on October 17, leading to his death four days later on October 21. Initially, the case was investigated under Section 326 of the Penal Code, but it was later moved to Section 302 of the same code after the victim's demise. The incident, which took place in Kampung Jawa, involved the victim attempting a mosh or spin kick during the music performance but falling, resulting in his injuries. The victim was hospitalized at Melaka Hospital and later transferred to the intensive care unit. Upon his death, police detained 10 suspects between the ages of 18 and 25 for further investigation. It was also revealed that the gig lacked both a police permit and approval from the local authority. The case garnered significant attention on social media platform Threads after the victim's passing, drawing public scrutiny on the unsafe nature of the event.",
