"account": "Four individuals sustained injuries following a drive-by shooting that occurred outside a venue hosting a boxing event in Loganholme, a suburb south of Brisbane. The incident took place at approximately 8:15pm on Saturday, when police responded to reports of shots being fired from a vehicle outside a licensed premises. The vehicle was observed leaving the scene after the shooting. Four people were taken to the hospital, with their conditions being monitored.\n\nLogan's mayor, Jon Raven, expressed shock at the event, stating that it was unprecedented in the area. He described the incident as sending a \"shockwave through Logan,\" emphasizing that it was a particularly distressing occurrence for the community, especially given the family-friendly nature of the boxing event. Raven noted that the event, which was organized to help steer young people away from violence, would likely be devastated by the event, as it ran counter to the organizer's intentions of empowering and reconnecting vulnerable individuals through boxing.\n\nDeputy Commander of Queensland Police, Chris Stream, described the scene as \"confronting,\" confirming that several individuals had suffered gunshot wounds. The Logan City Titles Fight Night, which was scheduled to take place at Fitzys Loganholme on Bryants Road, was intended to support the community by showcasing local talent and hard work inside the ring. However, the incident has left a significant impact on the organizer and the broader community. Logan City Titles released a statement expressing their heartbreak over the incident, emphasizing that such events have no place in the boxing community or the broader community.\n\nPolice have not indicated any ongoing threat to the public but are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and contact them.",
