"account": "Xbox Chief Operating Officer Helen Chiang has departed the company after just three months in the position, despite having previously served a Microsoft for 21 years. The role of COO was established as part of CEO Asha Sharma's recent \"brand reset.\" Microsoft did not provide an explanation for Chiang's departure in her internal memo. Currently, her responsibilities are being distributed among other Xbox leaders. Microsoft released a statement expressing gratitude for Chiang's service and wishing her well, while an anonymous source claimed she was terminated for policy violations. Sharma's announcement of the COO role included the responsibility for end-to-end profit and loss across content, hardware, platform, and services. Given the current focus on cost-cutting and revenue maximization at Xbox, Chiang's departure seems to signal a significant development in Sharma's project. The quick turnover of an executive-level position raises concerns about the overall stability and uncertainty at Xbox.",
