"account": "Josiah Boyd, a quarterback from Moreno Valley's Vista Del Lago, has committed to UCLA after a surprising decision to stay close to home. The Bruins were a strong contender, having been in the race for the top spot, but Boyd ultimately chose the Bruins over Kentucky, Oregon, and other interested schools. Boasting a 6-0 record, UCLA has been highly successful this year, with Coach Chesney's vision of building something special becoming a reality. Boyd's relationship with the UCLA coaching staff was key to his decision, noting their consistent communication and belief in him. Boyd praised his hometown team, UCLA, for offering everything he was looking for and his excitement to be a part of their growing program. Vista Del Lago head coach Andre Smith, who has watched Boyd's growth from a freshman to a national recruit, lauded his work ethic and competitive spirit as an elite athlete who will continue to excel in college.",
