"account": "Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has criticized President Bola Tinubu for blaming political opponents for the country's economic difficulties. President Tinubu had earlier blamed the opposition for hunger and poverty in Nigeria during a speech at the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna. Atiku, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, stated that the President is trying to evade responsibility for his administration's policies. He accused the APC-led government of failing to address rising living costs, poverty, insecurity, and questions surrounding public expenditure. Atiku challenged Tinubu to account for the consequences of government policies, such as the removal of the petrol subsidy and the depreciation of the naira. He also questioned the administration's decision to commission the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway from a stadium. Atiku urged Nigerians to hold the government accountable for its economic performance and not to accept the blame for their hardships.",
