"account": "James Maddison, the Tottenham midfielder, has encountered another injury setback, adding to the growing list of fitness issues that have plagued his Tottenham career. The 29-year-old was forced off the pitch during the London derby against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon. Maddison's injury occurred shortly after the second half began, as he was seen crouching by the sideline and later collapsing as team doctors were alerted to the situation. The midfielder was replaced by former Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, who received a hostile reception from the home crowd as he entered the game.\n\nMaddison's Tottenham career has been marked by a series of injury problems. He missed the majority of last season following an ACL tear, a recovery that lasted eight months. Before the latest setback, the midfielder had made his first start since May 2025 against Coventry, where he scored and had a notable performance in a 3-1 victory, Tottenham's first win of the season. His previous injury scare this season was a shoulder injury during the opening day loss to Brentford, which was not as severe as initially believed. As Roberto De Zerbi's Tottenham face further medical challenges, the team's ongoing struggles in this area will undoubtedly be a cause for concern.",
