"account": "Voting is in progress in the Techiman South constituency, where 2,544 delegates are selecting the party's future leaders for the 2028 general elections. The count at Ohene Ameyaw Park in Techiman Municipality features 81 candidates vying for various positions, drawn from 280 branches throughout the area. According to William Bamfo Apori, a representative from the Techiman Municipal Electoral Commission, voting began at 7:30 am and is slated to conclude at 3 pm, with the aim of initiating the count early and avoiding any potential security risks that could arise from a prolonged process. \"Voting commenced at 7:30 am and is expected to end at 3 pm to ensure the counting can start promptly and not extend into the night for safety,\" Mr. Apori explained. He also provided details on the contest, noting that \"81 candidates are competing for various positions and there are 2,544 delegates from 280 branches expected to vote.\" Chief Superintendent Charles Atuah of the District Police confirmed that 150 officers have been deployed to maintain security around the venue. He cautioned, \"Anyone who attempts to disrupt the process will be arrested and dealt with accordingly by the law.\" Already, one individual has been apprehended by the police for allegedly casting a ballot using a fraudulent identification card, highlighting the heightened vigilance of security personnel and electoral officials as the constituency conducts this critical internal election.",
