"account": "NEW DELHI: Former high-performance coach Steffan Jones will take on the role of bowling consultant for Mumbai Indians' development program, according to recent reports. The 52-year-old will collaborate with Zubin Bharucha, who recently joined the franchise as its director of performance. Jones previously coached Rajasthan Royals' fast bowlers during the 2019 IPL season and was later rehired as the franchise's high-performance fast-bowling coach ahead of the 2022 tournament. The duo is tasked with working with Indian players during the ongoing domestic season. Jones, who played first-class cricket in England from 1997 to 2011, has recently worked with India all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy, helping him enhance his bowling speed. Reddy, previously clocking mid-120s, is now consistently achieving mid-130s. Earlier on Saturday, Mumbai Indians appointed Kieron Pollard as their head coach, replacing Mahela Jayawardene. The franchise is anticipated to make a decision on Hardik Pandya's captaincy in the near future.",
