"summary": "MyJoyOnline Ghana reports that police have arrested delegates at the Bimbilla constituency election centre for allegedly photographing their ballot papers during the National Democratic Congress (NDC) constituency elections. This incident triggered agitation at the polling centre as officers moved to prevent delegates from taking photographs of their votes. The election was taking place to elect constituency executives for the governing party, with a total of 60 aspirants contesting 17 executive positions in Bimbilla. The Bimbilla elections are part of the NDC’s nationwide constituency polls scheduled for October 24 and 25, 2026, across the party’s 276 constituencies.",
