"account": "The Environmental Health Department of Aba South Health Authority in Abia State has conducted inspections at two major abattoirs in Ogbor Hill and Peoples Road in Aba. The purpose of the visit was to caution butchers against unhealthy practices. During the inspection, officers examined the materials used for roasting animal skin and hides. The health officials expressed concern that the use of tyres in this process was contributing to the rising cases of cancer and other diseases among the population. They emphasized that this method had been banned due to its adverse health implications. In a separate incident, the enforcement team of the health department sealed two premises on Amucha Street and Nise Street in Aba. These locations were found to have overflowing septic tanks, leading to the contamination of public spaces and posing a threat to people's health. Several occupants were arrested and brought before an environmental sanitation court for their actions.",
