"account": "Batu Pahat: A father's heartache grew as he witnessed the tragic aftermath of a car accident involving his four children. Noorwandi A Rahim, aged 41, was overcome with grief when he learned that one of his children had succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. The incident unfolded as he and his wife, Norfarahin Mohammad, 38, were on their way home after a dinner outing at a shopping mall. Their four children - Putera Muhaimin Qudrat, 16, Puteri Nur Fairuza Balqis, 15, Putera Khairunas, 11, and Putera Aidin Firdaus, 3 - were in a car driven by their brother-in-law, Nor Azlan Shaharudin, 27. Upon arriving at the scene, Noorwandi found his children scattered across the road. Putera Muhaimin was found face down, with sand and petrol covering his face. His wife and he rushed to aid their other children, while Nor Azlan was trapped in the driver's seat. Despite efforts to revive Putera Muhaimin, he was declared dead at the Forensic Department of Hospital Sultanah Nora Ismail (HSNI). Putera Aidin was still in the ICU, while Puteri and Putera Khairunas were recovering with varying degrees of injuries. The Batu Pahat police chief revealed that the accident occurred when the car was traveling from Batu Pahat towards Parit Moin, Bagan. Preliminary investigations suggest that the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to skid and crash into a roadside tree after hitting a bridge and another vehicle. All injured victims are currently receiving treatment at HSNI, and the case is under investigation for reckless driving causing death.",
